INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Citilink Indonesia flight at Terminal 1-C Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Banten, is planned to move to Terminal 2 in early 2018.

"In early 2018, we moved to Terminal 2," said Director of Citilink Indonesia Juliandra Nurtjahdjo in Jakarta, last weekend.

It is awaiting coordination from airport operators, in this case, PT Angkasa Pura II on the transfer of all international flights to Terminal 3 targeted at the end of this year.

Under the AP II plan, at the end of this year all international flights are at Terminal 3. "We are following the 'time frame' of AP II," Juliandra said.

He does not yet know whether the move is in Terminal 2-D or 2-E considering the 2-F Terminal has been filled by Sriwijaya Air and AirAsia.

He said the transfer of the terminal is also due to be developed "digital lounge" as one form of increased service to passengers.

"This will create a 'customer experience' because we want to be different from others, now the digital concept is becoming a 'trend setter', as in Terminal 3 it's a digital airport we want digital lounge, media.

Juliandra explained that the development is also supported by cooperation with online retailers, namely JD.ID targeted to contribute to the company's revenue in ancillary service of 10-15 percent.

"So far, the big cargo contributes five to eight percent, then food on the plane and with this cooperation we expect 10-15 percent," he said.

With such cooperation, he added, the passengers are facilitated if they want to shop online before, when and after the flight.

"For this lounge we will realize in the second stage," he said.

He said, currently in general has reached 56 percent of the target company.

For the number of passengers has reached six million passengers from the targeted 13 million passengers until the end of this year.
