The infrastructure projects visited include the construction of the Holtekamp-Hamadi bridge in Jayapura City, and the hardening of slopes or hills along Jalan Raya Sentani-Kabupaten Jayapura.

Minister of PUPR Mochamad Basoeki Hadimoeljono who met the media crew on the sidelines of his review, said that for the Holtekamp bridge infrastructure project, his side is seeking acceleration of development by the end of this year or at the latest by 2018.

"Construction of Holtekamp bridge should be completed in 2019, but we are trying to accelerate it, even had contacted PT PAL Indonesia in Surabaya where the bridge assembly," he said.

According to Hadimoeljono, the construction of the Holtekamp bridge has not experienced many obstacles in the process, only now that prevents the delivery of bridges through the sea lane is the weather factor, the article for the bridge that has been installed now, previously had delayed three days in Kendari due to the high sea conditions of Banda Sea.

"As for the land and ulayat right there is no problem, where if the bridge is completed then we will focus on the connecting roads around it," he said as quoted by PR PUPR Public Relations.

As for the hardening of slope projects along Jalan Raya Sentani is one of the efforts of the Ministry of PUPR to anticipate the occurrence of landslides.

"So we are the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing is not hygiene so as to handle for example the cliffs prone to landslides, where usually when the new landslide cleaned, now we try to anticipate so as not to prone to landslides, although later landslide has been handled by 'engineering' or engineering science, "he said.
