INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta- President Joko Widodo departs to East Java Province to conduct a working visit among others inaugurating the Jombang-Mojokerto toll road.

Deputy for Protocol, Press and Media Secretariat of the President, Bey Machmudin in a written statement in Jakarta, Sunday (10/09/2017) mentioned the Head of State and entourage took off by using Presidential Aircraft RJ-85 through Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base Jakarta, about at 12.00 pm.

In this working visit, the President is scheduled to inaugurate the Jombang-Mojokerto toll road segment which covers the Jombang-Mojokerto Barat toll road section of Section II along 19.9 km and Section III of Mojokerto Barat-Mojokerto Utara along 5 km.

Mojokerto toll road is divided into four sections with a length of 40.5 km. Section 1 extends from Bandar Kedungmulyo Subdistrict to Tembelang Subdistrict, Jombang Regency along 14.7 kilometers which has been officially operated since October 2014.

While the 2nd section along 19.9 kilometers stretches from Tembelang District, Jombang Regency to Pagerluyung Village, Gedeg Subdistrict, Mojokerto Regency.

Section 3 starts from Kemantren Village, Gedeg Sub-district, Canggu Village, Jetis Subdistrict, Mojokerto Regency along 5 km of Jombang - Mojokerto toll road with Sumo toll road (Surabaya - Mojokerto) and has been operating since 2016.

As for section 4 is located in Brodot Village - Gondangmanis Village, Bandar Kedungmulyo Subdistrict, Jombang Regency. The last 0.9 km road will connect Jombang - Mojokerto toll road with Soker toll road (Solo - Kertosono).

After the event, the President and his entourage will return to Jakarta at night.

Accompanying the President on the flight to East Java Province are Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung, Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Basuki Hadimuljono, Special Staff of President Johan Budi, Military Secretary of President Marsda TNI Trisno Hendradi and Commander of Major General TNI (Mar) Suhartono.
