To improve the expertise of the Yellow Forces team in its work, the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta in collaboration with Holcim Indonesia in a workshop in Jakarta, 26 - 27 September 2017 for approximately 40 people joined in the Yellow Forces.

The Yellow Forces were formed in 2014 as a group of freelance relief workers to tidy up or repair roads and sidewalks in protocol streets and village roads. The two-day workshop aims to provide training on the basic application of good and correct building materials to optimize the work and resources used.

Holcim's training includes enhancing the knowledge and competence of the Yellow Forces on building materials, especially cement and concrete applications at the primary and secondary levels.
