INDUSTRY.co.id - Lampung, Macroeconomic conditions in Lampung ranked fourth in Sumatra after Bengkulu, West Sumatra and North Sumatra. In the fourth quarter of 2016, Lampung's economy is still able to grow slightly above 5 percent. This growth is driven by investment acceleration and export improvement.

"The export performance is improving despite the negative growth, supported by agriculture, processing industry and trade," said Kadafi.

First Quarter 2017, Lampung economy is expected to grow well enough. By sector, the increasing performance of agriculture and construction sector is expected to be a driver of the Lampung economy. "This is a good opportunity for the economy of Lampung in the future," he said.
