The letter revoked a decree issued by Rizal Ramli, the former Maritime Coordinating Minister, who in 2016 temporarily suspended reclamation.

In the citation of the letter mentioned that the moratorium on the construction of the Jakarta Bay Reclamation Project (as stated in the letter of the Coordinating Minister for the Ministry of Marine Affairs No. 27.1 / Menko / Maritime / IV / 2016 dated April 19, 2016) shall be declared revoked and no longer valid.

Furthermore, Luhut said that in the settlement of the sanctions implementation is also involved supervision and evaluation of PT PLN, PT Nusantara Regas, and PT PHE (Pertamina Hulu Energi).
