INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk through its business group PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang, Pandaan-Malang Toll Road Enterprise and PT Jasamarga Manado Bitung, Manado-Bitung Toll Road Enterprise, obtained syndicated loan financing of Rp7.765 trillion.

"To finance the construction of Pandaan-Malang Toll Road worth Rp4.179 trillion and Manado-Bitung valued at Rp3.586 trillion," said Finance Director of PT Jasa Marga Tbk Donny Arsal to the media crew after witnessing the signing of credit syndication from the national banking Jakarta, Friday (13/10/2017)

Syndicated loans for the Pandaan-Malang Toll Road Project are provided by Bank Mandiri, BNI and BCA as Joint Mandated Lead Arranger and Book Runner (JMLAB) with creditors from Bank ICBC Indonesia, Bank Indonesia Eximbank and Central Java Bank, BCA Facility Agents, Bank Guarantee Agent Mandiri and BNI Shelter Agent.

The syndicated loans for the Manado-Bitung toll road project are provided by BNI, BCA, Bank Mandiri and Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (SMI) as Joint Mandated Lead Arranger and Book Runner (JMLAB) with creditors from Bank ICBC Indonesia, Bank Sulselbar, Bank Riau Kepri and Central Java Bank, BNI Facility Agent, BCA Deposit Insurance Agent and Bank Mandiri Shelter Agency.

Donny explained that the syndicated credit facility agreement has a term of 15 years and all is used for the construction of both projects.

"The funding certainty of both projects has been maintained and this is part of the company's project over the next three years for 600 km of new toll roads," he said.
