INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Jasa Marga Tbk (Persero) expressed its interest to take over six toll roads owned by PT Waskita Karya Tbk (Persero), especially in Trans Java.
"Yes, we certainly want to buy, possibly in the first quarter of 2018, hopefully between buyers and sellers match each other," said Director of Jasa Marga Desi Arryani, at the Office of the Ministry of SOEs, Jakarta, Monday (04/12/2017)
Jasa Marga's interest in acquiring the Trans Java toll road is in line with the high toll traffic in the region and is a strategic corridor that drives economic growth.
Known, Waskita is divesting a number of its toll road segments whose construction has been completed.
Waskita himself wants in the first quarter of 2018 his divestment has been completed.
According Desi, it also still see the situation because it adjusts the condition of the company.
"This year (2017) is not possible, because we are still focusing on project bond issuance, but in the next Year (2018) we are ready, hopefully there will be a process and match," he said.
In 2018, Desi added that Jasa Marga requires at least Rp17 trillion investment fund.
"The investment fund is to finance all the ongoing projects, because all the projects that Jasa Marga does work are silent," she said.
He added that to meet the capital expenditure, the company seeks 30 percent of equity and 70 percent of bank loans.
Jasa Marga has realized three financing instruments, namely securitization, project bond and global bond IDR.
The company will also issue a global bond of Rp 4 trillion for a period of 3 years.
"Thank God when the offer is over 4 times, the coupon is down from 7.85 percent to 7.5 percent," she said.
The global bond enthusiasts are dominated by Asian, European and US investors, while local investors are only 15 percent.
