Semarang-Demak toll road will be integrated with Semarang City Sea Levee will have a length of 25.25 km with investment value of Rp 7.71 trillion.
While Toll Serang-Panimbang Section II Rangkasbitung-Bojong along 33.7 km will have an investment value of about Rp 3 trillion.
Toll Serang Panimbang Section II is now in the stage of determining the winner. After the previous five consortiums were PP Nindya Karya, PT Waskita Karya and three consortiums from China namely China Harbor Indonesia, Consortium of China Communications Construction Indonesia-WIKA-MMM, and China State Construction Engineering Cooperation passed the pre-qualification stage.

The Toll II section uses the Availability Payment scheme (AP). The government will pay the cost of infrastructure development to the service provider / contractor project within a certain contract period.
In addition, several other toll road sections expected to be auctioned next year are Semanan-Balaraja Toll along 31.67 km with investment value of Rp 10.30 trillion. Toll Kamal-Teluk Naga-Rajeg along 38.6 km with investment value worth Rp 17.47 trillion.
Then the Jogja-Bawean Toll along 71.56 with an investment of Rp 12.14 trillion, Samarinda-Bontang toll road along the 94 km worth Rp 13.4 trillion. "Currently there are 45 segments that carried out PPJT, and 38 segments that took place construction," added Hery.
For the construction section, Hery explained that the work will be prioritized mainly for the Trans Java Trans and Trans Sumatra Toll Road especially from Bakaheuni to Palembang.
Meanwhile, from the toll road segment signed by the Toll Road Concession Agreement (PPJT), two new ones were implemented in mid-December namely Probolinggo-Banyuwangi Toll and South Jakarta-Cikampek II Toll.
The 173 km Probolinggo-Banyuwangi toll road has an investment value of Rp. 23.39 trillion and will be done by PT Jasa Marga Probolinggo-Banyuwangi whose shares are held by PT. Jasa Marga, PT. Waskita Toll Road and PT. Brantas Abipraya.
As for the Jakarta-Cikampek II toll road which stretches along 64 km has an investment value of Rp 14.6 trillion. The construction will be handled by PT Jasa Marga Japek Selatan whose shareholders are PT Jasa Marga & PT Wira Nusantara Bumi.
"The two toll roads after the PPJT will soon be prepared a land, if run smoothly it can be directly auctioned in 2018, especially for Probolinggo-Banyuwangi," said Hery.
