INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The Paid Train (KA) pilot of Soekarno-Hatta Airport received a good response from various communities. It can be seen from the enthusiasm of people who are busy trying to train the airport.

Railink's president director Heru Kuswanto said that his party did not expect the public's enthusiasm to be quite crowded.

"We are surprised that this is still a lot of regular test," said Heru at New Sudirman Station (BNI City), Wednesday (27/12/2017).

He explained after an evaluation on airport rail operations on Tuesday (26/12/2017), quite a lot of tickets were sold. Already about 4000 tickets sold until 19:00 pm

"Although quite a lot, Heru said the achievement has not reached 50 percent," he explained.

Heru asserted that the company is trying to introduce the airport train to the community and evaluate its shortcomings before it was inaugurated by President Joko Widodo on January 2, 2018.

Railink set the promo rate during the paid trial until January 1, 2018 for Rp30 thousand. Then, starting on January 2nd, 2018, the airport train ticket price changed to Rp70 thousand.

For the initial phase, the new airport train serves passengers at Sudirman Baru Station, Batu Ceper, and Soetta Airport. Airport train takes about 55 minutes if departure from Sudirman Baru Station.
