INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta- Senior economist Ichsanudin Noorsy revealed that the infrastructure development financing on Joko Widodo Government is not ideal.
"The figure that emerges from Bappenas for the construction of infrastructure is Rp 5.194 trillion from 2015 to 2014. If this is divided by 4, approximately Rp 1,300 trillion per year," said Ichsanudin Noorsy during the Kawasaki year-end public discussion in Rawamangun, Jakarta, Wednesday (27 / 12/2017).
Noorsy also compared with the Chinese state in building infrastructure that budgeted about 6.5 to 7 percent of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
"This means that the cost incurred by China to build its infrastructure is no more than its economic growth rate," he told media crews.
That means, with a fund of Rp 1,300 trillion, infrastructure development in the Jokowi government era is greater than the number of economic growth. Supposedly, with a GDP of Rp 12,446 trillion, the government has budgeted enough for infrastructure financing under it.
"Of the GDP of Rp 12,446 trillion, ten percent of it is only 1,250 if we take half of this 625 trillion ambitiously ambitious," Noorsy said.
