Grab Indonesia claims to have submitted a number of complaints that may be encountered by the GrabCar driver partners in fulfilling the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 108 of 2017 on the Transportation of People with Public Motor Vehicles Not In Trajectory, effective from 1 February 2018.

The Managing Director of Grab Indonesia, Ridzki Kramadibrata, generally supports the implementation of this Minister Transportation Regulation No 108/2017. However, he also conveyed to the Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi, that there were some technical difficulties encountered by GrabCar partners while operating in the field.

In his official statement, Ridzki said the Minister of Transportation responded positively to the matters submitted and agreed to assist the driver's partners in finding solutions to the problem.

"We hope to synergize with the government, not only at the national level, but also with the ranks of the provincial governments in which we operate, so that full implementation of PM 108/2017 can run smoothly," said Ridzki after the inauguration of Stickers Special Transportation Stiker in Semarang , Saturday (27/1/2018).
