But after this infrastructure is completed, the second major step that must be done is the development of Human Resources (HR).

Minister of Industry, Airlangga Hartarto revealed that the government is ready to develop the Santripreneur program at boarding school. This program aims to improve economic empowerment through the growth of new entrepreneurs in boarding school environment.

"We will provide guidance, mentoring, machinery and equipment assistance, and promotion facilities through Islamic Sharia Economic Festival (ISEF) 2017," Airlangga Hartarto said in Jakarta last weekend.

He added that the Santripreneur program is an integral part of the vocational program that links and matches between vocational high schools (SMK) and industry.

"Ministry of Industry is also pushing the role of boarding school in an effort to realize the independence of national industry," he explained.

This strategic step is carried out through an industry development program in boarding schools based on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Joint Operation, and Capacity Building with the cooperation of several industrial and banking companies.

According to Menperin, fintech application and smart card aims to facilitate the management of boarding school finance that can be monitored in real time, with some features, for example, money transfer features from santri guardian krpada santri, marketing of pesantren products to the general public through e-commerce, Provision of housing loans for santri and boarding school boarders in the future.

"This is what we need, and this program is very strategic, it's something that the current era should go in, if we do not want to be left behind by other countries," he concluded.
