INDUSTRY.co.id - Palembang- SOE Minister Rini Soemarno reviewed Palembang-Inderalaya (Palindra) Toll Road construction entrusted to PT Hutama Karya (Persero), Friday morning (4/7/2017)

Rini and the entourage saw the progress of the toll road development that has completed the section 1 (Palembang-Pemulutan as far as 7 kilo meters) with the percentage of 96 percent, and still build for two other sections namely section 2 (5 kilometers) and section 3 (10 kilometers).

For section 2 it is known that the progress of development has reached 10 percent due to the completion of land acquisition, and section 3 is the process of stockpiling and vacuum with a percentage of 76 percent workmanship.

Toll Road Project Manager Palindra Hasan Turcahyo said the current toll road works can be accelerated because it has entered the dry season. Previously, work was constrained considering the road that the truck had to pass through became muddy.

"Easier target of December this year is achieved," said Hasan who accompanied the Minister of SOEs in this review.

He added, in addition to stockpiling, Vacuum, hardening, and paving, also made the transfer of a number of High Voltage Air Channel cable.

"The work begins with the manufacture of replacement towers, if it is completed then dilajutkan installation of the conductor to then move the cable.For section 1 target is completed this week," said Hasan.

Palindra Toll Road section 1 has been used during Lebaran then that is on H-5 to H + 10 to help smooth flow of homecoming. On the day before it was opened, the road near the exit gate fell apart. According to Hasan, the damage has been fixed and declared no problem anymore.
