If viewed annually (year on year), the production of IBS company in Bali in quarter II-2017 recorded minus 3.13 percent, or below the national level that grew positively by 4 percent.

Adi Nugroho acknowledges IMK's role is very strategic and evident in spurring and accelerating regional development in the era of autonomy today, therefore the components of society and IMK business actors in Bali are faced with a number of challenges from the inside and outside environment.

Therefore, in advancing IMK in the regions, problem solving cannot be done with the same policies that are generally accepted at the central level.

He added that the policy and strategic should accommodate and in accordance with the specification that is in accordance with the conditions required by the concerned area. Regional problems require regional solutions.

The authority that is held by the central government should be given to local governments to handle problems in the regions, therefore regional development strategies should be done in synergy between various elements related to the community in the region.
