PCDM, Matthew added, will help drive the transformation of Medan City as a business city with international class infrastructure facilities. Not only that, the existence of PCDM not only helps Medan business activities, but also can add contribution to local revenue in the form of tax and retribution Medan City.

The presence of PCDM also provides a multiplier effect for the regional economy, such as the absorption of large workforce and other economic activities.
