INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Chairman of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) Ma'aruf Amin called on East Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine while leading the Palestinian Defense Action in the Monas area of Jakarta on Sunday (17/12/2017).
Ma'ruf, speaking in front of a mob calling in the Monas region, demands US President Donald Trump to lift his unilateral claim that recognizes Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
He even insinuated the hearing of US President Donald Trump.
"We invite the whole world, so Donald Trump revokes his decision, we are surprised that Donald Trump, if he does not hear, cannot hear," he said.
Ma'ruf on stage action in the area of Monas is accompanied by a number of figures.
In his oration, he also quotes verses of the Qur'an among them the letter of Al Baqarah verse 17 which means "Their parable is like a person who lights the fire, then after the fire illuminates the surroundings Allah removes the light (which shines them), and lets them in darkness, cannot see ".
