INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta, On December 15, 2017, President Joko Widodo signed the Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 114 Year 2017 on Employee Performance Benefits in the Ministry of PANRB and Presidential Decree No. 119 of 2017 on Employee Performance Benefits in the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises.

In the regulation, employees in the Ministry of PANRB and Ministry of BUMN, in addition to being provided with income in accordance with the provisions of legislation, are given monthly performance allowances.

Performance allowances as referred to are provided after considering the assessment of bureaucracy reform, performance of the organization, and achievement of individual performance, the sound of Article 2 Paragraph (2) of the Regulation, as quoted from page setkab.go.id Wednesday, (20/12).

According to the Presidential Regulation, performance allowances for employees in the Ministry of PANRB Environment are given starting from February 2017.

While the performance allowance for employees in the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises is given starting from June 2017, and given by taking into account the performance of employees each month.

The Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform who is in charge of and leading the Ministry of PANRB shall be granted a performance allowance of 150% (one hundred and fifty percent) of the highest performance allowances within the Ministry of PANRB, and shall be granted as of January 2017.

Similarly, the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises who heads and leads the Ministry of SOEs is given a performance allowance of I50% (one hundred and fifty percent) of the highest performance allowance within the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, and granted starting January 20,

The income tax on the performance allowances referred to shall be borne by the state budget of income and expenditure, the aforementioned Article 7 of the two Regulations.

Presidential Regulation No. 114 of 2017 and Presidential Regulation No. 119 of 2017 shall come into force on the date of promulgation, dated December 15, 2017 by the Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna H. Laoly.
