"Since last year, we established a warehouse here as a center of warehousing (raw materials) and distribution center of Indonesia, in order to develop over time, for new products to be produced," said Halim in his official statement on Monday (14/11 / 2016).
FCII Factory Manager Mulyadi Gunawan said; from the 6,800 square meters expansion it does not add the number of production machines, but still focus on warehouse expansion, ie raw materials and finished goods, or finishing goods. The number of engines is still fixed for injection 21 units, nine for the assembling machine.
"Initially had one warehouse, for raw material and finishing goods. The addition of this area is divided into two, so now the raw material with finishing goods each about 3,600 square meters," he said.
He explained that this expansion could increase 20 percent of factory utility capacity. Currently, the capacity of plant capacity is 100 million cigarettes per year, while the production target which can be realized is only 80 million for the period of April 2016-March 2017.
Mulyadi said that 70 percent of FCII's output was exported and 30 percent went to the domestic market, with the majority of exports entering Australia, followed by Japan and the United States.
"The big export goes to Australia about 70-80 percent; the rest goes to Japan, and the United States. Its export income (income) is more okay, therefore it is more dominant to be exported. And, Australia's market share is greatest
