INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - President Joko Widodo asked the ministers to accelerate the implementation of infrastructure projects that are cooperation with other parties that until now has not started yet.

"There is a port project, refineries and others, principally the question is why not start well," said Economic Minister Darmin Nasution after meeting President Jokowi with economics ministers at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Tuesday (08/08/2017)

According to Darmin, President Jokowi reminded that investment will soon enter Indonesia, among others, by accelerating the implementation of various infrastructure projects with foreign parties.

"The president requested that a number of projects be given attention, although this is actually a long project," Darmin said.

In line with Nasution, Coordinating Minister for maritime Luhut B Panjaitan revealed President Jokowi ordered all infrastructure projects accelerated, easy process.

"That's the President's order, such as electricity projects anywhere, Port Patimban Subang, highways, LRT, later all LRT no longer elevated but below ground so the cost is more efficient," he said.

He confirmed the acceleration for all infrastructure projects.

"All is accelerated, not too many negotiations are not clear," he said.

While the MOC Budi Karya Sumadi said President urged workmanship Patimban Port Project, Jakarta-Surabaya fast train accelerated, including negotiations with all partners.

"In essence, the President wants to make an acceleration of all cooperation projects.

For my Patimban this afternoon will meet the Ambassador of Japan and I will clarify various things. Before this I have planned a meeting with the Japanese ambassador to prepare the project of Jakarta-Surabaya fast train, "he said.

He mentioned that for the Jakarta-Surabaya fast train is currently being conducted joint study of Indonesia with JICA.

"If for Patimban, now we prepare the administrative conditions that we will submit September 2017 to JICA," he said.
