Kunciran toll road - Airport according to map crossing 12 urban villages in five districts in Tangerang City requires as many as 2,497 plots of land with total land area of ​​1,226,965 square meters.

Badrus said, according to the regulation, BPN is the head of the land acquisition team for toll roads in the city / regency, so it has a role to implement the acceleration of land procurement including for the Kunciran-Bandara toll road.

According to Badrus the speed of land acquisition depends heavily on public acceptance of the value of compensation.

Based on the experience of land acquisition in several toll road projects can be fast due to the support of the community, the community is willing to accept compensation for the land.

The Kunciran-Soekarno-Hatta Airport Toll with a total length of 14.18 kilometers is handed over to PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (Wika) contractor. This project is also part of JORR 2, one of the national strategic projects priority of President Joko Widodo.

Wika's own party said it has started the work of the Kunciran-Airport toll road as stated by the Corporate Secretary, Puspita Anggraeni.

"Wika is working on locations that have been freely frontal either ramp, fly over, road, and landfill structures as our commitment and strategy in order to accelerate the construction of Kunciran-Bandara toll road," said Puspita.

Related to that, Wika will always coordinate with PT Marga Kunciran-Cengkareng (MKC) as the employer, especially related to the development of land acquisition, explained Puspita.

Project work worth Rp 3.5 trillion is divided into four sections, namely 1 Kunciran-IC Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa section along 2.04 km, section 2 IC Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa on / off ramp Bentawi Betawi along the 3.50 km, section 3 on / Off ramp Bentawi-IC Husein Sastranegara 6.50 km, and section 4 IC Husein S-Benda Junction along 2.15 km.
