Encourage the Development of Community-Based Tourism and Education, BRI Cares to Distribute Assistance for Ketapanrame Village

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta – PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk through the CSR BRI Care program continues to strengthen community empowerment through the provision of public facilities that provide social and economic benefits. One of these efforts is realized through the distribution of assistance for Ketapanrame Village, Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java in the form of the development of a hajj manasik education center, the development of Gempong Source tourism facilities and infrastructure, and the development of Ghanjaran Park facilities and infrastructure. Ketapanrame Village is one of the villages incorporated in the BRILiaN Village Program since 2021. The incubation program initiated by BRI aims to create a village development model based on leadership, innovation, collaboration, and digitalization. Armed with tourism potential, community superior products, and village business management that continues to grow, Ketapanrame won the II Champion of BRILiaN Village in 2021 and is now growing as one of the leading tourist villages in Mojokerto Regency. As part of efforts to strengthen public facilities that support community education activities, BRI Peduli supports the development of the Manasik Hajj Education Center which is an educational facility for the public to get to know the series of Hajj pilgrimages. Its presence also enriches the variety of educational destinations owned by the village while expanding activities that can be used by the community and visitors. BRI Care also supports the development of Sawah Sumber Gempo Tourism
