INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta, PT Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) through its subsidiary PT Grahabuana Cikarang plans to make industrial park in Cikarang as an integrated area of technology.
"This plan will be realized after the Company entered into an agreement with PT Zoomy Media Indonesia," said President Director of PT Grahabuana Cikarang, Sutedja Sidarta Darmono in Jakarta, Thursday (18/05/2017).
According Sutedja, the center of the technology is built in Cikarang about 160 companies or industries operating in Cikarang growing.
"We are optimistic that not only existing companies in the Cikarang region are going to advance, but the star-based technology based business like e-commerce in the region is also growing," he said.
Sutedja said, Grahabuana together with PT Zoomy will explore the related cooperation plan to build technology industry in Cikarang area. Later the results of a new joint analysis will be poured in the form of a standard cooperation.
"The plan to build a data center in Cikarang will be responded well by the market because Cikarang is considered as a strategic industrial zone and has adequate infrastructure available as new infrastructure such as elevated elevation, Light Rapid Transit (LRT), Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), and High Speed Train (HST) Jakarta - Bandung so that the existence of this infrastructure will strengthen if Cikarang area deserves to be a technology center in Indonesia," said Sutedja.
