INDUSTRY.co.id - Bitung- Tiongkok is interested to invest in Bitung City, North Sulawesi Province (North Sulawesi). The interest of investors from China is because of the recommendation from President Jokowi.

"We as the city of Bitung will welcome Chinese investors to invest here," said Bitung Mayor Maximiliaan J Lomban in Manado, Thursday (19/10/2017)

Lomban said the province of North Sulawesi is one of the provinces that entered the priority of infrastructure development in the era of the leadership of President Joko Widodo, known as Nawa Citanya.

Lomban explained, there are Chinese investors who are interested to invest in Bitung City.

The interest of investors from China is because of the recommendation from President Joko Widodo.

"Mr. President said to investors, if you want to invest in Indonesia, preferably in these three provinces, North Sumatra, North Kalimantan, and North Sulawesi," said Lomban as quoted by Antara.

Thus, he said, the city government of Bitung will fully support and facilitate all the permitting climate that will be required by the investor.

Also, he said, will coordinate with the government of North Sulawesi Province so that all the dossiers and smoothness of the investor goes well.

It appealed to the community to both keep the atmosphere conducive and comfortable, because if the area grows then, the community also prosper.
