INDUSTRY.co.id - As a form of corporate social awareness, Jababeka Industrial Estate (KIJA) provides training on cake decorating preparations, recipes of sponge cream and how to decorate cakes with various motifs. Training held 12 to 15 June 2017 in the village of Simpangan, Pasir Gombong North Cikarang.
Inna Nisawati as Community Empowerment CSR Jababeka said it provides training to 100 participants who are housewives who have the will to develop themselves in order to have a home-based business.
“This training aims to improve the skills and independence of housewives as a form of empowerment of women.” she said.
The training starts at 09.00 - 12.00 WIB with the given material such as the introduction of cake decorating equipment, making Bolu and Cream Recipe and how to decorate cake with various motifs. The participants were very enthusiastic because it was the first time practicing cake decorating.
At the end of the training, the participants' work is judged and the best 3 people get prizes in the form of equipment for cake decorating. In addition, all participants are welcome to bring their own decorative tarts to become an iftar meal in their home.
“This activity is very useful for my citizens, while using the time in the month of fasting to be a positive thing.” said Iyos, Mrs. Lurah Simpangan Village.
