Bambang said with an integrated pattern, the economy in industrial areas, especially those located in eastern Indonesia, will  growth.

"The government also can not subsidize sea transportation without growing the economy in eastern Indonesia," said Bambang.

He also assessed the contribution of sea toll programs that have been running for several years using the state budget is still minimal. This is evident from commodity prices supplied by ships to areas entering the sea toll program, still relatively more expensive than non-entering sea toll areas.

"For example Manokwari with Jayapura. The price of goods in Manokwari not covered by sea toll is much cheaper than Jayapura which becomes the sea toll line, "he said.
