INDUSTRY.co.id - Denpasar - A number of Chinese state-owned companies are interested to invest in the construction of a new airport precisely in Kubutambahan Village, Buleleng Regency, Bali.

"We have heard of the new airport development plan in Bali and some companies are already communicating and are very interested to invest," said Consul General (Consul General) of the People's Republic of China in Bali, Hu Yinquan when met by media crews in Denpasar on Tuesday (22/8 / 217)

According to him, the airport development plan is very good and very necessary to support the visit of tourists, especially Chinese tourists to Bali.

If the plan to build a new airport in North Bali is positive then it will certainly take part in the investment.

Meanwhile, President Director of PT Pembangunan Bali Mandiri (Pembari), Rolly Irwananda said that PT Pembari is very open to all investors to take part in the airport development in North Bali.

"PT Pembari is very open to any investor for the construction of this airport the most important can follow the rules and contribute to the local community," he said.

According to him, currently the process of airport development plan is still waiting for the determination of location (blockers) by the Ministry of Transportation which will soon come down in the near future. "Hopefully in the near future the marker goes out so other requirements can be completed soon," he said.
