The Muscle Car Is Only for the Desert
The official notes say the muscle car replaces the desert's vehicle, meaning Beemothep Desert. So it is not an extra vehicle you can summon anywhere. It takes the place of the quad bike, the vehicle normally used to cover the wide desert area.
