INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) noted that the transaction of electronic money (e-money) in toll roads reached 49 percent as the non-cash payment system in all toll gates on 31 October came.

Head of BPJT Herry Trisaputra Zuna said the government will continue to aggressively socialize to the public and optimistic that non-toll fee payment services on October 31, 2017 can be done 100 percent.

"Since September 26 it has been 49 percent of its use of about 30 percent. Socialization is continuous and this incentive to be accepted by the community," said Herry at the Office of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, Jakarta, Friday (29/09/2017)

He explained that the government is optimistic that toll road users who use e-money as a means of payment transactions reach 100 percent.

Infrastructure for non-cash payment in all toll gates in Indonesia has also been prepared by the government. E-money card providers, four Himbara and BCA banks have been advised on the provision of cards to meet their needs.

Nevertheless, he considered the existence of toll gates opened to serve cash payments, only placed on several toll roads.
